Paulette did an awesome job and answering any questions or concerns and insured my documents were corrected when there was an error. I appreciate her professionalism and willingness to help and explain the refinance process. When there was a last minute hiccup, she made sure the issue was resolved and assured me it would be taken care of.

We appreciated the entire experience with all concerned especially Cheree Payton. It had rough spots but nothing in a personal way. The previous lenders were more than anyone would need to deal with, very problematic. I believe that the problems before PennyMac involvement is what created a longer process to the end result. Thanks to Cheree and her team the line was drawn to a very happy and satisfying finish. I believe my wife and I will have a good relation with the people at PennyMac.
All in all the experience was great during the refinance & the last three years that I’ve been with PenneyMac. The refinance did take a little longer than expected, Because of so many people taking advantage of the low interest rates. I would definitely recommend PenneyMac to my friends and family!
