The loan processing team at PennyMac were outstanding in every way. They guided me through the extremely complex process and made it seem easy. Special kudos to my Loan Specialist Anastasia Drapievsky and my Loan Officer Everado Zaragoza who provided timely, accurate information and were always available to assist with any questions that I had.

I never could get a hold of Dieon when I had a question and we didn't close on the day we were suppose to and nobody called me and I lost a few hours of work. I still have not gotten anything done or paid off when I was told by the Atty that came to my job last friday that Monday everything will be paid and done. I have reached out to her and she said maybe in a few days then I get a email from penny mac saying loan funded and now it might be another 3 days.

I didn't expect much during these trying times but with as many loans being processed, it didn't take as long as I thought it would. I was kept on top of changes with the loans, I had 3 of them at the same time.
