Elizabeth was great, unfortunately she was not my contact through this whole process. I actually started the process several months again and thanks to poor communication my loan application was closed a few times. That was very frustrating. Had the whole process gone as well as this last loan application and the communication/responsiveness from Elizabeth, I would be totally satisfied.

I was glad to work out a refi with Penny mac again as they helped me get a great rate. I'm guessing because of covid, but there were a few times I couldn't get ahold of people or wouldn't get an email back, but overall it worked out great
