Better communication. Quicker turn around. Not having a closing cancelled on you three times. Not having to constantly submit documents. Not having to have documents recertified. Many things went wrong from day one. Only escalated when it was time to finally close. Still very dissatisfied with the whole process and the lack of communication from my Mac team.
