Did a great job with this loan.
Patrick Peavy was fantastic, but the process was frustrating. There were multiple issues with Service Link and the signings (because I had to redo it due to Penny Mac error). The communication from Penny Mac was poor, but evrey time I talked to Patrick he figured out what was happening, and I felt he was on top of it.
All Penny Mac Staff were friendly, personable and professional. Carissa answered all calls only once ever having to go to voice mail. She is a true asset to Penny Mac. Thank you again to all for making this a painless process and saving our family over $300 per month. Kind Regards Mark B
The loan office was excellent during the initial call. Then when I transitioned to Kristina she was extremely helpful at first and then absent for the remaining process. Those that backed her up had little information to provide and ultimately not helpful. I called a manager and left a message and never heard back. I was disappointed that my appraisal came in a bit low and when I called to inquire I was told that if I requested a change to it then the whole process would delay.

Well my experience was a 3 month experience. When I had thought I had closed in October and everyone in Pennymac confirming it was completed. It came out that my forms were lost and that's what took 3 months to finally resolve. I think Pennymac needs to work on there communication between each other. At the end everything was resolved. Which I Thank a SV other in the name of Nick. Thank you Nick for your hard work and dedication!
