Outstanding Service and Professionalism from PennyMac
Easy process. Closed a little later than expected but still happy with the whole process!! Everyone we worked with answered any questions we had and stayed in contact with us on what was going on.
There were a few glitches, but they were handled well.
From start to finish both Nelson and Paulette held my hand through this process, I'm very thankful. every thing were done on time as expected. Hire more people like Cesar Fierro. He was very helpful and dealt with me honestly and professionally, unlike most of the other PennyMac reps. I was sent at least 6 'payoff demand statements'. Who needs that many stacks of wasted paper. Thank You
