Better and more consistent communication, not acting without our permission on decisions, far better timeliness, and more accurate paperwork would have contributed to a better experience. Tabitha and Icenia were very helpful at getting things back on track multiple times, but some of the other people and partners involved made things extremely difficult.
I appreciated the special attention needed to my closing due to COVID-19. Thank you and job well done!
Time line was longer than the 60 days I was told. All Documents requested were presented at the start of the loan and no others were requested. Process seemed very long compared to friends who started the same process at the same time.
