With the assist of both the loan officer and Frank, I sailed through the process very comfortably, having very little computer experience. I feel that is someone has current PennyMac loan, the process should be a bit more seamless. I felt like there was some confusion in some of the process. I think things could improve if internal sections talked to one another.

Ms. Michelle Boyd is GREAT. She took extra time with me when needed and she was very patient and efficient with the loan process. I would love working with her and would still her if I were in the loan business. Please pass on to her just how AWESOME I think she is. I would also like to thank PennyMac for working with me as a whole. I however did not like working with AMROCK, the service was awful.
