Very smooth transaction.
Pennymac worked hard to get everything done for my closing. It came down to the last minute but they made it happen & we closed on time.
I use Penny Mac to buy my new house because they already were the mortgage company for the house I owned previously. I new it was a company I could trust. I’m surprised by how easy and efficient the whole process was. Closing was a breeze. I’m recommending them to all my friends.

There was almost zero response to any of my calls or emails. Amount to close was hundreds of dollars off, and could not get an answer as to why. I was so tired of waiting for this process-for over 4 mths, when I was told it would be a month, that i just signed docs with no explanation as to why the increase in closing costs. This process was supposed to be easy, "streamlined", quick. It was nothing near that. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service, or lack of, that I received
