Cheree rebuilt my confidence with this company. Initially, I was left with reservations and concern, once Cheree introduced herself I felt so much better. I was told initially that the process would be much shorter by Steven Garcia. I am very thankful that I got to work with Cheree, she was patient professional and amazing at keeping me informed and answering questions. I cannot imagine her current caseload, I felt like I was her only client. Thank you Cheree
If we would gave closed on time and not 2 months late. All documents were turn in promptly by us however we waited on underwriting. It took escalating it to senior management to get it process. Then we when we finally had a closing date it not to be rescheduled because someone forgot to send disclosures documents. When it came time for actually closing, I recieved calls from three different closing agents and no onneknew about the other. Made the process extremely confusing.

I loved my experience with darcell! She was very personal and such a nice person to talk to! She was on the ball with everything and did what she said she was going to do which don't normally happen that I have experienced from other companies. I would definitely do business again with darcell and I hope she sees this as I am so happy that she was dealing with my loan.
The online site was confusing, redundant and not kept up to date so we were not sure if things still needed to be done. The information regarding our property tax exemption was incorrect and still has not been corrected although we have asked about it and want it rectified asap.
