My loan representative was very thorough, professional, friendly, and very helpful. He was always available to answer all my questions and was very punctual. The refinancing process went a lot smoother and faster than expected. Excellent service!

Questions answered promptly and closing was smooth
Ammie Mack was very helpful, friendly, thorough and clear with her information. She was also very patient with me as I contacted her multiple times with a series of various questions. My only concern was that our first appraisal was done by someone who did not seem well qualified and produced a defective appraisal, which delayed the whole process and caused a second appraisal to have to be done.
I received multiple mailed documents about amounts to close. Complete waste of paper. Did not close on time. Website is horrible, doesn’t actually provide any status of loan.
Smooth easy process though there were a couple of unexpected delays.
I would just like to thank the Mac team especially Brent who worked so close and was very professional and couldn't have been more pleasant through the whole closing process. He was very reassuring and positive when at times it seemed overwhelming to me. He is a great asset to your team and a wealth of knowledge in this field. Thanks again , Sean King
The final monthly amount differed on the closing disclosure from what was communicated. Made multiple requests for information with no call backs. Submitted an IT ticket (or was told it would happen) and I never received updates. It's was impossible to understand the speech of the representative calling to up date me about the process. She didn't listen to me when I would talk, would interrupt me when I was speaking or attempt to talk over me. I'm glad this process is over.
