I currently have 2 claim #s and a complaint into your customer service and have yet to get any kind of answers. 33511154 and 0106073659. I assumed a loan in 2022 and the assumption process was horrible and slow. They had to run my credit twice because of their screw up and took over 6 months to close. During this time they allowed the previous home owner to get almost $2,000 from the escrow account from not being on top of their work.
