I don't know if experiences vary between offices, but here in Philadelphia, Pennymac has proven unfathomably incompetent and unprofessional. I am a contractor working with a homeowner (with whom I have a good relationship) under a 203k loan and we have been done with this project for almost a year now and still have not received full payment.
