All interactions were great. The application process was smooth and easy. We were told what to expect. Communication with Norma was great. I never had to think if I should call to check on anything because she kept in contact with frequent updates.

I have been a loyal paying customer of Pennymac for well over two years and because I didn't pay the full amount on my house payment for Jan 1st, I got hit with a $40 late charge that they would NOT reverse. I was unaware that my house payment had increased and asked kindly to have it removed. I got resounding NO and would you like to refinance your home loan with todays horrible finance rates?
