After going through a 6 month refinance process with another lender and getting lost in their system and never making it to closing we decided to call PennyMac to see what they could offer. Not only did they lower the interest rate I was being offered but they also had us refinanced in under a month.

Better communication. Also wished I wasn't left alone in the dark at the time of closing and not know if and how much I would have to pay.

This is my second refinance with Pennymac. First, I really like that you guys proactively reach out to let us know there is a better deal for us. Last time was pretty easy. This time it was completely effortless. The 2 gentlemen working on our loan would actually call once every few days just to let us know all is processing and nothing needed. The notary scheduled and sent friendly reminders. She was prompt, professional, and competent. I seriously have no criticisms. Great Experience!
