As a customer who is not familiar with the closing process and calculations, I expected the company to help me understand by breaking down the story behind all the numbers and their calculation. Even after several and repeated sessions, I couldn't get the details i was expecting to help me move to the next step. Combine this with the length of time it tool for each cycle of request and response multiplied my displeasure with the process and the company. Review my email comms for more details.
My experience with PennyMac was excellent!! Vartan Davtyan was who started the loan, with excellency! I truly enjoyed my experience with him. Great communication with Barbara Fernandez who helped me the most thru the loan process. Truly loved Barbara’s character! And Natasha Guerrero help bring an enjoyable simple closing.

I heard from my loan processor Nick Batten every week to keep me updated. He called me when documents were needed immediately. He helped me understand the process and answered all of my questions without making me feel uncomfortable. I appreciated all of his assistance throughout this whole process.
