I was getting numerous requests for the same documents. I submitted my loan application 90 days before closing and it seemed we were rushing at the end to make the closing date and time. With the amount of time we had, everything should have been done at least a couple of days in advance. Knowing what I know now, I might have chosen another loan company. I realize volumes are high right now, but it shouldn’t affect my process.

This was a streamline loan, it took four months to get our loan closed. We were asked for documents that were not the correct documents, We would upload requested documents and the MAC team member could not see them. We had to email them to the MAC team. The other issue is you could never speak to any other representative except for your MAC team. We believe that Timothy Carter tried to do his best, but we feel that communication is a problem with your customers and employees.
Each item transpired just as it was explained to me and not only that but in time frame specified. Denny was polite, respectful and professional. Thank you Penny Mac.

The phone was always answered quickly unless it was around lunch time, and if I left a message I received a call back the same day or next. It was an easy process despite some delays, but I don’t feel the delays were caused by anyone on the team helping me, so I don’t have any complaints about it.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a smooth, painless process. Charisse was super friendly and easy to work with.
