Process was a lot easier than I thought it would be and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

I was very happy with Brent, he was responsive, professional , accurate. My initial contact, Mark Guillermo, was also excellent. The problem came when I was told before signing that my income was too low, which was inaccurate. Nothing had changed, but no one could explain why it was suddenly lower, even with my bank statements in front of them, the same. That caused me a month of worry and stress, and a loss of confidence in PennyMac.
The most wonderful/outstanding service I ever received 👌👌all the agents were fantastic specially Maxwell Mitchell. Way to go team🖐🖐👋👋👏👏👏
There was not enough communication. It was very hard to get ahold of someone that could tell me anything about my loan. Even online I could not see information about my loan because it was never updated.
Ryan followed up with us each week via a phone call to provide a status on the loan processing. Always asked if we had questions. Any emails sent were responded to promptly. This made the entire loan process smooth and uncomplicated. Based on this experience, I will be happy to recommend PennyMac to friends and family.
Everything was done in a timely manner. Great customer service!
