Communication! I received zero unless I reached out and literally stalked the person I was trying to reach because even then I wouldn’t get a return call. One day I spent escalating to every manager possible until I finally got the right one.

The reason I gave it a great is because of Jasmine Elliott, there were issues that were quite frustrating but Jasmine was there to coach us and assist in my needs and questions. I didn't really understand the document system but it was because as I understood it, the portal was not allowing us to proceed so we needed help on that. Your customer service people are really patient and competent. I believe Marco was one of them, great guy...we are older people and not real savvy on computers.
