The refinance process started in mid-July 2020 and lasted until November 20th. We had to re-apply and start over due to either a lack of communication or miscommunication on both ends. Four months to refinance a home loan is a very long time. I understand this occurred during a pandemic, but this process still took way too long to complete. We were existing customers before we decided to refinance and thought that would help & expedite the process, but that was not the case. Disappointing.
It took forever. But such are the times. Otherwise it was good
As busy as they were, the loan processing was very smooth, communication was excellent (not to mention proactive updates), and closing occurred on time.
This was the easiest experience for refinancing my mortgage! You guys were absolutely wonderful! Thank you for such an easy experience!
