PennyMac has always made my buying a house and refinancing very easy from the beginning. Everybody involved were very friendly, patient and cordial. I’ve been with Pennnymac for years and have refinanced my loan twice. Their rates are great and the customer service is the best. I highly recommend them.
Better communication. I feel like Monique did the best she could that she was given. There were some promised calls that were never made or returned but I think that’s more due to not having the answers yet. I’m not sure why our refinance was delayed a whole month but a lot of my issues that I had during the process were do to Rodney on my team not being reachable for questions. When he was finally tracked down a week later he gave incorrect information that delayed the closing.

It is very unpleasant to work with a company that discriminants against veterans. I found PennyMac to be disgusting. Late to every single appointment, rescheduling's, wrong information, it was absolutely terrible.
Barbara was great. Always returned calls/messages within reasonable time. Due to the boom in refinance demand it took longer that I thought but out of her control so no hard feelings.
