You need to teach your team how to read and understand a closing statement and also that there is no escrow and how to derive and double check the calculation of the loan amount.
Everyone I worked with from the first phone call to closing were friendly, professional and up front about what to expect during the entire process. When I had questions the folks I worked with were quick to respond and provide accurate information.

I was shopping around for loans when PennyMac (my current lender) called me and asked to be able to compete. Then PennyMac dragged their feet getting the loan approved. The communication wasn't great but the loan rep apologized for that. We started the application on 9/29 and we didn't sign final papers until 11/12 and the loan wasn't paid off until 11/18! The only great part is when I left a bad survey, their QA dept called to make it right. I appreciated that.
Sandra and Tommy were both extremely helpful throughout the process. We had several delays, outside of our control, and they were patient and worked through things with us so everything on our end was complete and kept up-to-date. When it was time to finalize and close, they worked extremely fast to ensure it happened when we needed it to. Thank you all.

The process was handled exactly as smooth and quick as I was told it would be in the beginning and I had no problems from start to finish. I will recomend PennyMac to any one that ask and tell them the same thing I have said here today. my wife and I are completely satisfied. We have no complaints.
