The whole process from start to finish took too long (4 months), resulting in me having to submit docs (pay stubs/bank statements, etc) multiple times. I continuously received emails stating that final underwriting review was pending and that I would receive an update in 5-7 days, etc. It was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience . . . Kudos to my Home Loan Specialist, Regina Lai as she kept patient and apologetic through the whole process.
Very simple process with great communication along the way.
