What made it great was that most of my work was done on-line. What wasn't great was the lack of communication. I went weeks without knowing what was happening; where my Loan was in the Process. I emailed "mymacteam" a couple times without getting an answer. I attributed it to lack of employees due to Covid-19.

Communication was slow and sent through email, web portal and phone calls. Would have preferred one method of communication, rather than a mix of all. Closing was slow and we made several inquiries on why our credit was pulled more than 5 times and still no answer nor resolution.

When I have to spend a MINIMUM of 2.5 hours on the phone just to get ahold of ANYONE that could help or answer my questions it’s just absurd. Your call back phone answering system is worthless, you MUST provide all clients with direct connect phone numbers. The only two people I was EVER able to get ahold of was Joshua leatherman and Juan Soto. Your company clearly exceeded the original time frame we were supposed to close by, and I had to fight, calling almost everyday just to try to keep my re
