Clearer communication on the process, sticking to timelines, and faster more efficient processing (repeating random doc requests and long delays in processing) was extremely frustrating. Access to communication was inefficient and prolonged without direct conversation without delays through the poor system for useless automated responses (in place of real conversation - which were also delayed.).

At the beginning there was not much communicated but as the date got closer, everything was great.
It was very difficult to communicate with Michael and his team. My phone calls were never answered directly and often not at all; likewise with emails, which only received a standard answer. I would have appreciated regular (e.g weekly) updates on the progress of the refinancing. In the end, I got a good rate and the final closing went smoothly

Was a great experience for me and was fast and I didn’t have to leave my house .
I would have given a better review but my application fell between the cracks and should have closed 2 weeks sooner. I reached out a few times and it took quite a while for someone to answer me.
The loan process was easy and understandable. I appreciated the timely closing of the loan. Also, the digital process was great.
