I had one question during the process that I could never get a clear answer to and eventually just felt that I was being ignored. That question was if the Origination Fee is the same thing as the VA Funding Fee or something different. If the same, then I would expect my service disability rating to influence it. While this seems like it could just be a yes or no answer, I never got that.

Communication was thorough and fast The electronic document pages were a little confusing as to whether or not we were finished each time. Great overall experience.
The process took over two months. It was a refinance with no appraisal needed. There’s no reason it should take that long.
Every week I got an e-mail saying nothing pending and I found it very irritating. I wish I would have only gotten an e-mail when there was something actually happening and not we are working on it. I would have figured out you were working on it even if I hadn't gotten any e-mails. This process took 3 times longer than I would have thought but I kept hearing because of Covid-19 we are behind and I was sick and tired of hearing things ground to a halt because of it.
