First, from your advertising I understood that you made loans for your own account. Was told later that this was not the case. You use "lingo" that is not readily understandable to a layman. The time to closing from application was delayed and I was told that that was a "volume issue causing a back-up". You made your problem my problem. Just because you were busy making money was hardly a good excuse for me.
Had some conflicts in communication. I would improve there.

We wanted no money out of our refinance. I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to recalculate numbers so we didn’t get money back but whatever! Penny Mac was great to work with!
Everyone I spoke to at PennyMac was courteous and professional. However, I had an issue with my closing documents that took time to resolve. In the interim, I received phone calls from 4 different agents, all of whom were calling to schedule closing with me when I was not ready to do so. None of these agents seemed to know about the issue with my closing document. Better internal communication would have saved me from having to explain the same thing multiple times to multiple agents.
Except for Charisse who was great the rest of the program was a disaster. Misrepresentations abound Ihsan Moosapanah was the worst In the beginning he gave me an estimate of closing costs of 8,000.00 They came out to be 21,389. One of his assistants sent me a closing document showing a much higher cost then the estimate . I called Ihsan he told me not to sign anything and he would call me back,I never heard back from him again.
