Whenever I had a question, it was promptly answered and the process was clearly communicated, all along the way.
The processes for document collection and signing for refinancing were incredibly streamlined which made the endeavor stress free.
Timothy King was great with communication and very pleasant to work with. The problem was Penny Mac, not him. It took over 3 months to refinance, which seems very long. Especially since you already held my account and there were no changes at all to our work history, finances, etc.
