Pennymac was referred to me by a friend so I had a rather high expectations to begin with based on his experience. I would say that the entire process from start to finish couldn't have gone better. The process of refinancing our home was streamlined and simple with PennyMac. The gentleman (notary) who came to our home for the closing was polite, engaging and totally professional. I would recommend PennyMac to anyone looking for a mortgage.
First, it took 5 months to complete. It was impossible to talk to the original rep to the point I had to start over. Supervisor Bradley thompson was the only person who seemed to care about the delays. He would at least contact the reps and eventually I would get an email that I could not reply to. Incredibly frustrating overall - PnMac seemed to have no incentive to get the job done even though I had been a client for nine years. Overall, a terrible experience.
You should have a forth available. Like Poor, fair, satisfactory, good, great. Great means no room for improvement. There is always room for improvement.
