Documents were requested again well after I had loaded them on the Portal. For an in-house Re-fi I thought the process took too long and the underwriters were asking for documents that were irrelevant.

If the team had not misunderstood the laws of the state the house was in, there may have been a month not wasted on going back and forth on multiple issues.

Very poor communication. Hard to reach. Loan officer counted over $2000 of buy down points without my consent.

I had inaccurate loan documents at closing saying I owed an amount that I didn't owe and had discussed previously to fix. Had to call the loan officer at the day of signing to clear up the fee owed. Asked for an email saying I didn't owe any thing before signing. After signing was completed I spoke again to the loan officer to ensure the fee was correct. Then still received an email from the title company saying I owed a fee to close. Called the loan officer again to clear the matter up.

I had been working with our original lender for 3 months, when I contacted PMac. PMac gave me a better rate and lower payments within a few days, and told me we could close within a month. We decided to go with PMac the day our original lender called to tell us our closing was the very next day (no notice). We terminated our dealings with them and continued our relationship with PMac. Closing was on time, and we were kept updated throughout. Thanks PMac. (Cesar Fierro)

Our first loan officer apparently left this job the week after we first connected for closing process. No one told us. I had to call weekly to get updates because no one called us at all once we were in escrow. Documents requested we duplicates, not applicable, or unclear as to what it meant. The people were nice, once we would finally get ahold of someone.
