Briana was absolutely perfect in her knowledge of mortgage services. She made me feel very comfortable and would answer any questions I had. Great job.
The process was quick and accurate. The representative (Malek) that took our application was friendly and informative, he answered our questions and worked with us through the signatures of the initial disclosures. The funding representative (Amie) called once a week to explain where the process was at. However, if I had a question it seemed to bother her as I heard her sigh every time. She called at a bad time and seemed annoyed that I couldn't talk and quickly reminded me to sign disclosures.
Chris Silva and Aimee Mack did a great job of making everything go smoothly and accurately. They were always available to take my call and answer my questions. Very thorough and professional.
My refinance went smoothly.
The Loan Amount was incorrect on the Loan Disclosure Document. It would have been nice to get agreement that it was incorrect and a commitment to try and correct it. Instead what we were told was that we would get back $300 at closing, then we were told we'd get nothing at closing. When the Notary Public came out, she said we owed $102. We wrote her a check with no questions because it was not her problem. She was following the script. We got a check yesterday refunding the $102 to us.
Everything was explained throughly.

Mi experiencia con Penny Mac fue muy buena a pesar de que mi idioma ingles no es bueno pude hacer todo el proceso muy bien y rapido pues ellos siempre me mandaban la comunicacion por e mail lo cual era mas facil para mi.Yo diria a todos que fue excelente de la manera que hicimos todo el proceso y yo recomendaria a todos que Penny Mac es una compania muy buena y segura.Gracias a todos los que me ayudaron en este proceso de Refinanciamiento Kelley Becks,Tracy en fin a todos.
