Horrible experience with Hector. Failed to follow up with me on numerous occasions
I expressed my communication preferences, (time of day for calls/texts), and was called outside that scope. When i returned the calls I was told, "we followed up with emails"

The whole procedure was great!
The process was very easy compared to when I originally purchase my condo.

Jason was very patient with answering my questions. He was always polite and informative. The process was fairly easy, even for a very analog me!

Overall loan process was good. The closing time was longer than I anticipated. This seems to be due to volume of refinances and low rates. I appreciated weekly touch base on my loan while I waited for processing by underwriters. The closing agent didn't seem to have clear understanding of all the documents. However pennymac agent was able to answer my questions over the phone.
