My wife’s name on the Closing documents was spelled incorrectly which caused a delay to our closing.
Long progress I’m assuming because of Covid, but overall good service by my Loan Processor.

Extremely difficult to get a hold of agents on the phone
Everything went as it was supposed to and the transation went smoothly.
Overall experience was great. Everyone we talked too was very knowledgeable, awnsered all our questions, and helped us understand the process every step of the way.
My interactions with Brandon were fine it is Tracey we had many issues. Also had issue with 2 people being on the loan and people not knowing it. Multiple requests for documents that I emailed which makes me nervous. Your system for looking at documents has an upload section but we were told not to use it. Your system was not the most user friendly. As well as the secured emails from Tracey. It should have been a smooth process as we had all docs from a re-if we just finished.
The overall process was great and the loan was closed on time with the best rates.
