My loan officer wan very unresponsive. At every step of the process our paperwork was wrong and had to be redone. The closing documents jad to be redone 4 times. The process took way too long, we already had Penny Mac as a lender and did not need any documents or a home appraisal. My neighbor who started a refinance 2 weeks after me with a new company closed 2 weeks before me. Overall the process was very frustrsting. I have more but no room to type.
Brittany was professional and courteous to work with - even when I called her super early with me being on the East Coast and she being in the West coast. Hayden also was very responsive to questions and level setting expectations.

It took longer than it should have and there was a delay in receiving the cash out because they sent incorrect account numbers and Amrock didn't tell us, we had to call. It has delayed us by two weeks. Buy otherwise, Blen was amazing and her service was outstanding.
The address was listed wrong on my documents and I had to remind everyone three or four times. Nothing was ever communicated correctly with me and the closing was clumsy. I still do not have a copy of the closing documents that I signed. I have requested them twice. I started process July 24th it closed October 26th.
I was informed initially that I was eligible for a cash out refinance even when I informed pennymac that my daughter was currently in the home not me. Because of that the procedure to get the loan included a number if steps that cost me money that would not have been required if it was processed as just a streamline refinance. It wasn't until just before the loan was to close that this information was deemed inaccurate. I had based financial decisions on this promise only to be told no.

Everything went extremely smoothly, the total effort that I had to put in for refinancing was very minimal. Once things were set in motion, everything happened very quickly and both Jacob and Michael Thompson did a great job of moving things along.
