Friendly service.
Very smooth loan process. We were kept abreast of the progress during the whole loan process. The loan took minimal time from beginning to end. Very pleased with Penny Mac!
Communicate better. Every time I was asked to do some thing I did it promptly. When I needed some thing I had to bug people to get a reply over and over again it was very frustrating. I will never work with PennyMac again due to this experience.

Katelyn Shea, made the process in a great experience To me. She always was so attentive and helpful with all.
Communication was very weak. I also made it very clear from the beginning I wanted my husband added to the title and he wasn't, I still have no answer on whether he will be or not. I called and left a message and no one ever called me back or looked into it until I called again the next day. Was never given an update until I called and asked for one and I still don't have an update on what is going on to get him added. The gentleman that called to schedule my notary was also unprofessional.
The experience was great and thanks for the opportunity to save money.
