This was the easiest and fastest refinance I’ve ever had done. I was updated on every step as soon as it happened. They gave us the option to sign closing paperwork right at my house or I could have picked a place in town!!! Thank you for making this process worry free.

Initially I was told that I would receive a specific amount back after closing. When my closer called to confirm my numbers, she advised I would receive a much lower amount back. I advised her that I was told I'd the higher amount back and she acknowledged. When the notary came to my house with the paperwork, it showed me receiving the significantly lower amount back.

Heather was great at keeping us informed was getting frustrated at the continuous asking for the same documents and especially asking for more documentation concerning my husbands employment!! Since we were just refinancing in house not asking for any money it took a ridiculous amount of time to get it finished ! As I said Heather did a great job was not her fault we feel as we do!!
