Be upfront and more clear on how long the loan process will take. Also, maybe train your loan officers to have better responses. When I would email to see what the status was, I would always receive a very generic reply that would be closing soon. No time frame or explanation as too which part was slowing things down. The process to upload documents was simple and easy and the actually closing was quick. Maybe work on the middle part.
