The initial consultation with Travis for the application was phenomenal.Once passed to Jennifer, I was not particularly thrilled with my experience. I felt like the communication was lacking. I was told I needed sign the disclosures and she would call me to schedule the close the next day and she never called. Then when I called to verify the notary was coming for closing the following day, she left me a voicemail saying my loan was approved and we needed to schedule our close.
Jamie and Jacob were really helpful throughout the process, and PennyMac processed our refinance loan application with such ease in a timely manner.
Jaime Wright and Francisco Duran did a masterful job helping me get the best opportunity for my Refi. Both had clear communication, patient and advocated for me. When there was an error ( only one) they immediately made it right. Keep up the great work!
Jamie Wright was good. Didnt delve too deeply asking for things which arent/werent required. Other loan officers at other lenders were trying to do full home loans, Jamie was spot on for the VA IRRRL requirements and fast to respond. While others were (and still are) verifying if I'm eligible for a refi, Jamie (and Doug Vorbeck) has already gotten it done for us. Thank you.

Ryan and the entire team made the process fast and very efficient. I knew what to expect when, and they stayed in contact the entire time.
All went well. My previous mortgage was with PennyMac, so I believe I was given a better rate and lower fees than offered by other mortgage companies for my refinance. Everyone at my M.A.C. Team was very nice, knowledgeable and responsive. Responses to my questions via email were quickly answered. I couldn't be more pleased. My thanks to all. (Give them all a raise! Wink.)
