Our loan service would have been improved with better communication. The lack of communication to my emails resulted in a delay in the approval process. The approval process took over two months when we were told less than 45 days to close. Lastly, we received zero communication about the closing day. I confirmed the closing costs over the phone prior to closing, then at closing a much higher dollar amount was requested to close.Other information was missed too. This was extremely frustrating.
