Overall went very well. Molly was responsive and always got back to me in a timely manner.
Horrible company to work with. It would have been easier to go with another. Refinancing with the same company using a streamlined type of loan should be faster than 7 months. Be prepared to wait and wait. The previous loan was set on autopay. We were advised to take it off because of the quick loan process. Every single month up to closing we were asked to pay the mortgage last minute and new doc rqsts Previous 2550, new 2300. 7 months difference is $1,750 that we had to pay waiting to close.

My loan officer Kami was amazing. She stayed on top of things even when out of her control.
Blen Ilemu was excellent in helping me avoid problems with V.A. appraisal. Helped me get appraisal on time. My previous experience cost me a lot of money, which is partly why I had to go through with refinancing. My experience with Pennymac has not always been great. She's the main reason this finance went through flawlessly. Give her a raise.
Straight forward process. PennyMac staff is friendly, and knowledgeable.
5 star rating, you were very conscious and observed my privacy by asking for my identification each time. You were flexible and accommodated my needs and met my closing deadline. Very good service.
Raven was wonderful. I was handed off to Raven after another loan processor couldn't get the job done. Jordan Smith, did a horrible job with my loan. After I complained that it had not closed in over 2 months, Raven took over and processed it in 4 days. I am not sure what the hold up was with Jordan Smith, but he couldn't answer my questions, he couldn't supply paperwork that supposedly was required, he would not call back when promised, and his only reply to me regularly was "I don't know."
We walked through the statements and the process and the day of the closing it went exactly as I expected. Jason is friendly, I can tell he cares and that makes me want to do business with PennyMac.
