Great customer service. Had a glitch at closing but was rectified satisfactory.
All very clear and maintained a fair amount of calmness throughout the process
We were suppose to close and the documents were wrong the first time. Then they came back and we signed the documents and we got paper work from old loan stating we owe money .When i called the first documents were never done and they reschedule closing again and it finally is done. It had nothing to do with Cesare . But everything is good now . I question the first person we were dealing with did not do a good job. But after that it was great .
Just recently completed a refinance with Ryan Morrison. Very professional and competent individual. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to make the entire process seamless. He was extremely flexible and kept me updated with everything during the entire process.
Nicholas was so incredibly helpful; he went above and beyond to answer any and all questions we had. I especially appreciated that he kept in contact with us making sure that the process was always going smoothly. He was always super polite and maintained the upmost customer service!
