Great and efficient service I would recommend Pennymac to my family.
My refinance process was great. We had no issues and were able to close fast.
Our loan officers Jazmyne and Vincent were awesome!! Jazmyne was in constant communication with us and was so patient!!
1. Shorten the time or clearly layout the process/time frame. Length of time from loan application to closing was 10 weeks without any reasons, 2. Better response time, The MAC Team concept was a joke. However, J. Kneeland was the exception. 3. Better QC,. Closing was cancelled at last minute due to an error by the final reviewer. Had to rescchedule. 4. Better QC, Final disclosure was not sent until the day of closing and numbers didn't match at signing time.
I felt like the people were very accommodating and helpful. I felt like the loan process took too long so they kept requesting documents. Overall I thought it was a very good experience
Poor communication, Joshua Nelson is amazing and happy to here he has moved up in positions. Arielle Smith needs improvement with communication, prudence, and all customer services skills. I know everyone can make mistakes, but if you don’t grow from them and aren’t happy doing your job.. then get a different one. Life’s too short.
The process was quick and the team was excellent
