I always enjoyed talking with Charisse. I felt she was a really good guide through the loan process. She was very personable as well; I think we always had at least one good laugh every time she called. She was helpful in detailing exactly what documents and information was needed and I feel like we were well taken care of.

PennyMac is a wonderful mortgage company. However, my refinance experience was not that great. They were requesting the same documents so many times. They never e-mailed my employer for checking verification, yet they claimed to have done done so. They checked the automated employment verification for my spouse multiple times, yet kept on asking for the same info again and again. Same thing with bank documents. It was just too overwhelming.
