We were very pleased with the entire team throughout the process of our loan. Everyone was very professional and courteous and constantly kept us up to date, on the status of our loan. Everyone made the process seem very simple and it seemed easier than other loan companies we have worked with in the past. Everyone definitely made the entire process a positive experience.

From application to closing, everything went smooth. All my interactions with the PennyMac people were friendly, professional and responsive. Macy Brown is a jewel. I repeatedly had to send same documents in 2 or 3 times. The automated emails were behind so they would say i needed to send documents which i already did. 2 months to close was terrible. And being unable to talk to lauren when i needed to about the documents was terribly frustrating. 1 way communication. But lauren was accomidating when i had to change closing location. I believe lauren did a good job, considering how messed up pennymacs process is.
