There was an issue with the closing documents showing my wife's maiden name that I would have preferred to have fully resolved prior to closing. Communication from my loan processor could have been better. Was promised several follow ups that did not take place. Overall great company though. I've been a customer for years and have had several good experiences.

Jesse was awesome, I had questions all the time. There at the end of the process I got a little frustrated with the closing team but it ended out they worked very hard and got the issues resolved for us to close the day we had said. It was a scary thought for us because we sold our home and closed on it and we got it closed and had to be out in a time frame. And PennyMac made sure we got to close that same day. Thanks for everything

The process of the refinance was fairly stress free. My greatest qualm was that I did not have someone I could call directly to ask questions. The lack of communication was astounding and wish things were communicated in a timely fashion. The documents provided to my wife and I stated dates that were not adhered too.
