**Jennifer was the only contact/resource I had during the loan process- she was difficult to reach via email. Phone calls were returned but not in an ideal time frame. **I personally had to do a lot of following up to ensure documents/payments/etc were received **Multiple documents had to be submitted multiple times
Hilda Kuklinski was great to work with during this long process, and I recognize that some things were beyond her control such as the length of time it took to process this re-fi (although I am a current PennyMac customer), the number of times I was asked to provide docs that were previously sent, and the lack of internal communication within PennyMac. Hilda was very responsive, and answered questions to the best of her ability, and if she didn't know, she researched and followed-up with me.
Our initial closing papers showed property taxes coming out. We were never told this would happen since we do not escrow. Closing had to be postponed until the following week. Other than that, communication was good with Liem. He was very prompt at calling us back. No issues with Liem at all. He was a pleasure to work with! He even followed up after closing with us to let us know the loan was funded.
Well done considering everything was done by phone or email.

I asked repeatedly the week of closing if anything further was needed numerous times and was told the underwriters had everything they needed. Then 15 minutes prior to the scheduled closing additional documents were requested, via email!! NO PHONE CALL !!.. This delayed the closing by 5 hours. Then trying to call and talk to someone is nearly impossible, no one answer the phone or returns calls from messages, had to continually try to escalate to try and get the matter resolved. Worse experience
