Doing all the work over the phone and via email went as well as could be expected. Closing was very easy.
The experience with PennyMac was great. I had some trouble with getting a notary out and she/he missed several appointments and this made the experience a little upsetting but I understand this was not PennyMac’s doing. Other than that every question I had was answered and help was always there.
Staff went above and beyond normal working hours to ensure my inquiries were addressed. Thank You.
