great job all around. super fast and easy process. answered all my questions.
Having one person to talk to through the entire process. Having a phone number that reached the same person every time you called it. Having a software program for uploading documents that is more intuitive and user friendly. Being able to access documents that you have e-signed. I’m sure there are things i have forgotten. The whole process was unpleasant.
The MAC team made sure we had all the information we needed to get our documentation completed for closing per the schedule. The entire process was quick and easy.
I've financed, refinanced, bought, and sold many properties over the years and this was one of the easier transactions I have done. The ability to deliver all of the required documents electronically and then have a notary bring the closing documents to my home, made the process very easy. All of the PennyMac people were helpful and pleasant. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.
I refi-d with PennyMac last year and it was a great experience. This year, as the interest rates continued to drop I reached out, asking if it made sense to do so again, possibly knocking a point off my rate. Turns out it was. Gabriel Mann was my initial contact last year and again this year, and Marcia Wiggins was my team member who followed through on the downrange process.
