There are a few things that could have made the process for me better: 1) Receiving accurate info regarding closing costs (my responsibilities), 2) Working with the same processor thought-out the process 3) Receiving accurate info regarding the amount of my loan, this changed several times with no real explanation as to why 4) Working with someone who could better explain how my current loan payments were applied-I was told I'd get a refund after closing. That didn't happen. NOT A PLEASANT EXP

Great experience
Every stage of the loan process went as smooth as can be. Danyell was very knowledgeable and personable. Thank you everyone for making this process seamless.
Jasmine kept me abreast of anything pertinent to my loan so that I never felt as if I was in the dark about anything. If I had a question about anything she responded promptly and went above and beyond to answer or get the answers to any questions. She absolutely made this process easier for us by being responsive and caring.
Xavier was great, kept me well informed and stayed in contact often. Really appreciate his help along with all the others in the process.
Our initial closing date and time, the notary did not show up. I had to call the title company myself to find out what happened and to re-schedule. Other than this, overall it was a good experience.
Better with timing. My process took about 6 months
Kristen was awesome and the process was very smooth up until my actual closing- that really ruined my whole experience it had me and everyone around me super stressed.
