Amazing!
Closing on time would be a start. Communication not through automated emails. Less excessive requests for documents that seem redundant when tax docs have been submitted and we've been a client in good standing with pennymac for years.

The closing experience was atrocious when the notary was unreliable. We got postponed a week which accrued approximately another $100 in closing costs for something we had no control over. And the lack of communication about it was aggravating.
The process was easy and well handled over the phone and e-mail. The process was very easy and straightforward!

From my first communication with her, she was very courteous and professional and very clear on what the refi process was going to be.
