Within the timeframe given and numbers were very accurate.
Closing docs had changes made that were not communicated. Specifically, property taxes were withdrawn from closers docs that was not in my final disclosure the day before Also, it took a week for the funds to be disbursed. Emails to the penny Mac service team about the delay were not responded to.

Communication made it great
The refinance process in general was a great experience. Communication (weekly updates), attention to detail and overall super customer service are among the reasons why I would recommend this team. A big thumbs up for a job well done in particular to Jamie Wright and Michael Dubrow. I will be enjoying my savings! Thanks.
The entire process was exceptional and transparent from start to finish. All my questions were addressed immediately and Daniel made sure before hanging up each call, to ask if he had answered all my questions and if he doesn't have the answer, he gets the answer and follow up the same day. He also thanked me for my service as a vet and made us feel like valued customers.
it went very nice and fast
Even though they were incredibly busy, they made an effort to make sure I was informed. I’m glad I only had one contact, which is rare for large companies. There was one snafu with my property being mistakenly classified as being in a flood zone but they handled it immediately with no back and forth. And I got money back, win-win for me. Closing took awhile, but again with the rates being so low, they are overloaded and that was to be expected.
