Very smooth process and friendly employees. Gave different options and helped suggest the best options for me. I would definitely work with them as the process was seamless.

We did not close on the expected date and the reason was not clearly communicated with us. Our team was unreachable and our email and phone requests were unanswered.

Had the loan closed sooner we would have not been charged 3.1k at closing for property tax. Not happy with that result.
