Difficult to reach anyone with questions, calls not always returned. Jordon was fine but MAC team was lacking. Not always clear on where we stood, and entire process was delayed.
The PennyMac team was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful during this process.

Thank you to the team. Exceeded our expectations and made this very smooth. Rob was attentive and even jumped in and quickly addressed the one question we had and got that resolved. Very fast and communication was perfect.
Lack of communication and transparency. Canceled closing without notifying a customer not once but 5 times in total. Asking for same things over and over again. Loan officer non existent. The worst experience of my life. The only reason why my case was moved is, I took it to social media. It took over 4 months to do simply refinancing. Shame on you!!
