Specialists are great and keep you updated and are very kind. It takes a long time to refinance though so keep that in mind as you might have to supply more than 1 current pay stub. The website is easy to navigate where you upload documents.

When I first called to pay off my PMI I was told it was better to refinance and it would only take two weeks. It took three months. First I was told the processing team was behind then I was told it was delayed because I needed to send in my pay stubs again because the first set expired. This happened twice. Furthermore, I don’t understand why you needed me to send in my flood and Home Insurance when you already have copies of it. That just seems lazy on your part.
