Had a great experience on refinancing our home thru penny mac. Even with COVID they were able to accommodate all my requests and everyone I worked with was courteous and professional.
It was unacceptable how the cash to close changed so drastically upwards until I complained, and it magically went down again. Also, the cash to close/closing disclosures were never sent to me every time it updated. We had to reschedule 4-5 times for the closing because of the cash to close rising in error by a ridiculous more than twice the amount, and then because of the backwards process of date/time scheduling for closing.
PennyMac personnel were friendly and responsive to my questions and concerns. Thank you for assisting me with our refinance needs!
