Letisia was absolutely amazing! She was always available, explained everything perfectly. She kept me calm through the process . My realtor constantly spoke about how easy it was to work with her and how she wished all loans came through PennyMac.
Great team and moved quickly to process our loan. There is an issue with documents needed. Sometimes we (the applicants) can acquire some of the documentation faster than you can. It would have sped things up more had i provided some of the information instead of waiting on other banks and insurance companies to provide you the documents. Overall it was great working with My M.A.C. Team.
Rosario was great. We had some concerns at the end of the process between communication with pennymac and the title company, Rosario was quick to figure it out and calm our fears. Everything closed on time with only some slight delay getting into our home.
Overall the experience was great
Marked down didn't close when expected.. Its a busy time for mortgage loans right now so its understood why. Had a great experience with PennyMac team during process with communication about closing. Decided to stay with Pennymac after a bad run in with Quicken loans. Glad I stayed with the Mac
