- Filled out documents and then loan officer kept contacting me saying I needed to still fill them out. They finally realized the error was on the PennyMac side. - When paying the $100 application fee, they payment wouldn’t go through and PennyMac had to call me the next day to try again. - I was told you do rate matching. When I provided another loan estimate to match, you only did so with high closing costs and me paying discount points. - When I raised the issue with (reached text limit)

My mortgage processor never called me back. I literally spent the final 7 days before closing without talking to him despite repeated attempts by me calling him and his manager. Final closing paperwork was incorrect but no one would answer the phone. Horrible experience
