We appreciated Ben and Ray getting us to close on time on time. Until they took over, we were getting so frustrated. Our Agent and I would text and leave voice voicemails with no prompt replies and were very concerned if we would make it to close on time. PennyMac needs to limit the number of people handling an account. We were told on several occasions that everything was complete, then another person would say something else was needed. We had never experienced this problem before.

The customer service was painless, they explained everything every step ,they sent email to update you,and call every couple days to let you know any updates or to see if you had any questions.

I think you need more choices to answer the question - three is not enough. Just OK was below where I wanted to respond but great was not the answer either. 4 out of 5 or 8 out of 10 is the range I would give the process.

As a former loan agent, knowing the loan process, I have to say our experience was seamless. And the fact we closed in less than 30 days was an incredible surprise!!

I really appreciated that Michelle followed up with me consistently just to inform me of the slightest details during the process.
