PennyMac made the entire process easy from start to finish. Once the process was underway and Edna was assigned to help us, she was fantastic about checking in weekly and answering any questions I had as well as let us know where we were in the process. Edna was always so professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. She is awesome and so is PennyMac!
Andrew communicated only with my husband and did not recognize I was part of the process. However, Earl was very responsive and provided clear expectations.
Andrew is very helpful and knowledgeable. It was hard for me to answer my phone when at work. But Andrew keeps updating me with the status of our loan via voicemail and email.
All info was not included in advance of closing day (taxes/insurance). End result was a noticeable payment difference caught during signing.
PennyMac was fine. Title company sucked. Missed appointments, wrong documents, bad information, lack of information, mutiple signing attempts. Had to sign twice as they messed up the paperwork... allaround terrible signing experience.
Anyone looking to get home loan or refinance a exiting loan, I would look at PennyMac loan services. I recently refinanced my loan for a lower interest rate. It was easy and quick. They keep you up to date on every step of the process. I never had to leave my home they sent a person to my home to sign the papers. It was a good experience from start to finish.
I was working with PennyMac to refinance my house and Nancy Olivas was the great! She is so helpful and patient explaining any little question you have makes all procedure look clear and understandable. Very easy communication emails or phone calls I’m so very happy working with Nancy and her team all procedure was very smooth easy and not stressful at all. If you choose a right person you don’t have to worry about anything. Highly recommend Nancy Olivas from my great experience working wither!
