All the personnel was awsome and very very helpful...thanks to all.
We had a rep named Dominic, at the beginning of our process that was very attentive to our needs. We thought the process would be smooth and easy. We received numerous request from the title/closing agent stating that Juan was requesting docs that had previously been sent. The money wasn't funded until the day after closing.Calls weren't returned. The closing statement was off by about $5K. What's done is done. The matter is now behind us, thank you.

Our assigned PennyMac representatives kept us updated consistently, throughout the whole process. They were very thorough and explained all aspects of each step, so that we were comfortable with our understanding. The entire refinance loan process was completed in a very timely manner.
